It’s been a while, and for more reasons than I care to mention things have slipped..training, riding, writing etc. To add insult to injury I’ve bloody started smoking again, which is proving a little harder to stop than it did first time around. Monday 21st July is the day of days, I’ve cut down drastically over the past week, but from Monday it will be zero.

I’ve got plans upon plans for the next few years, all of which I’m going to try and document for future reference. As the original site/blog got out of hand and very out of date I decided to scrap it all and start again.
